Cancellation rules

Cancellation rules for individual booking:
Cancellation without any charge: 48 h before arrival
Cancellation 48 h to arrival: You will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Cancellation rules for long-term monthly stay with fixed price:
Cancellation without any charge: 7 days before arrival
Cancellation 7 days to arrival day: You will be charged for the two first nights of your stay.

Cancellation if you have booked through an external booking channel:
All cancellations must be done through the booking channel that you have made your reservation on. Read your cancellation rules on the booking confirmation letter you have reviced from this channel. Cancellation restictions may vary.

Cancellation rules Group booking (minimum of 15 guests):
Your booking is guaranteed when the booking confirmation fee of 10% has been paid. Your booking is tentative until the booking confirmation fee had been paid.
The booking confirmation fee is 10% of the total price and will not be paid back if your booking is cancelled at any time.
Cancellation 30 – 14 days before arrival: The booker will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation 13 – 7 days before arrival: The booker will be charged 75% of the total amount.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: The booker will be charged the full amount.
The responsible booker must be over 18 years old and must stay overnight with the group.

Cancellation for part of the group booking:
For cancellations of parts of the group 30 days – 48 h before arrival the booker is allowed to cancel 15% of the total participant amount without any extra charge. If the booker has to cancel more than the free 15% - the booker will be charged 50% of the costs for the remaining cancelled guests.
If cancellation for part of the group than is made less than 48 h until arrival the booker will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
